I began reading with an open mind and discovered many new ways to approach everyday life. I enjoyed Frieda People’s honesty and her humor, intertwined with facts, new approaches for change and looking at myself with more clarity.

I recommend Essential Outtakes to anyone wanting to improve their quality of life.

We’ve read these type books before, but Friedas book is refreshenly different; one written with style and a sincere voice!
