I began reading with an open mind and discovered many new ways to approach everyday life. I enjoyed Frieda People’s honesty and her humor, intertwined with facts, new approaches for change and looking at myself with more clarity.
I recommend Essential Outtakes to anyone wanting to improve their quality of life.

Uplifting true story about one persons journey through life. Very relatable and enjoyable afternoon of reading. Makes you want to sit down and take to writing your own story.
Allowing you to examine your own life. You can possibly become aware of the road you have taken and take clearer steps to improve your journey and have some fun doing it.

We’ve read these type books before, but Friedas book is refreshenly different; one written with style and a sincere voice!
